cinema on the couch In this series we bring together cinema and psychoanalysis. The artistry of cinema is an ideal medium for illustrating and discussing the deep emotional issues that constitute the life-blood of psychoanalysis. Each year we will select films with a common thread that also allow exploration of a broad range of issues relevant to our times. Topics will include intimacy, love, alienation, family dynamics, coming of age, sexuality, and others.

The theme this year is FEELING AND FORGETTING.

Series Moderator: James M. Fisch, M.D.
